输卵管性不孕症的介入治疗

Interventional therapy of ovarian tube infertility

目的探讨选择性输卵管造影(SSG)及再通术(FTR)的临床应用。方法对215例不孕症患者行子宫输卵管造影(HSG)、SSG和FTR,术后辅以抗感染、通液和物理治疗。结果插管成功率92.8%,疏通成功率90.2%,无严重并发症。术后随访6年,宫内受孕98例,达51.3%。结论介入治疗输卵管性不孕症操作简便、诊断准确、并发症少,是十分有效的治疗方法。

Objective To evaluate the clinical application of selective salpinography （SSG）and fallopian tube recanalization （FrR）. Methods 215 patients with Infertilis Feminis were performed with hysterosalpinoraphy （HSG）SSG and FRT. Anti-infection and physical therapy were then undertaken postoperatively. Results The successful rates of properly performed catheterization and recanalization reached 92.8% and 90.2%, respectively. During the follow-up of six years, 98 cases （51.3%）obtained the ability of intrauterine pregnancy. Conclusions HSG and FrR are simple, reliable, symptomless, very effective for treatment of ovarian tube infertility.
