ISO焊接材料标准现状及日本的采用概况

ISO standards of welding consumables and their application in Japan

介绍了新的ISO焊接材料标准,包括型号体系A和型号体系B的主要差别,并对日本JIS标准中相关内容的修改情况作了说明,它将对中国的焊接材料标准与国际标准接轨提供借鉴。型号体系A以欧洲标准为基础,是按照屈服强度和47J冲击功进行分类的,在不锈钢焊接材料中则是按照名义成分来命名型号;型号体系B以环太平洋国家标准为基础,是按照抗拉强度和27J冲击功进行分类的,在不锈钢焊接材料中则是按照合金类型来命名型号。日本采用ISO标准中的型号体系B。

The ISO standards of welding consumables were presented in this paper,the main differences between classification system A and B were included in the content,and the modifications of related content in Japan JIS standards were showed,the China standards of welding consumables will use it as reference to meet with the international standards.The classification system A based on the Europe standards was classified according to the yield strength and the impact energy of 47J,the classification of welding consumables for stainless steel was denominated according to nominal composition;The classification system B based on the national standards surrounding pacific countries was classified according to the tensile strength and the impact energy of 27J,the classification of welding consumables for stainless steel was denominated ac-cording to alloy type.Japan adopts the classification system B in the ISO standards of welding consumables.
