摘要
TCS不锈钢是国内新开发的铁路车辆专用经济型铁素体不锈钢,其焊接工艺对接头的力学性能有较大影响。针对TCS不锈钢的焊接特点,通过金相分析及力学性能试验,研究了坡口角度对其焊接接头显微组织及力学性能的影响。结果表明,接头焊缝组织为奥氏体+马氏体+δ铁素体,热影响区组织为马氏体+铁素体,随着坡口角度的增大,焊接热循环区的晶粒度变化不大,接头低温冲击韧度有所提高。
TCS stainless steel is a new kind of ferritic stainless steel used in railway vehicle.The mechanical properties of the welded joint were influenced by the welding process.According to the welding characteristic of the steel,the influence of groove angle on microstructure and mechanical properties of welded joint was researched by optical microscope and mechanical properties tests.The results showed that the grain size does not change obviously in heat affected zone,but the impact toughness at low temperature is increased as the groove angle increases.The mi-crostructure of weld metal is austenite,8 ferrite and martensite,and the microstructure of heat affected zone is martensite and ferrite.
