血管紧张素转换酶2与血压调节
摘要
高血压是心血管疾病的主要危险因素。肾素-血管紧张素系统(RAS)是体内水、电解质平衡和血压稳态的重要调节系统。经典的RAS通路是血管紧张素Ⅰ(angiotensin Ⅰ,AngⅠ)在血管紧张素转换酶(ACE)的作用下生成具有血管收缩等作用的血管紧张素Ⅱ(angiotensin Ⅱ,Ang Ⅱ)。Ang Ⅱ的活性增强与心血管疾病及心脏、血管和肾脏等器官损害密切相关。
