摘要
回收使用过的电炉小炉盖,经过破碎分级后作为原料应用于CAS浸渍管浇注料中。通过对废料的各项理化指标和原始浇注料性能进行分析对比,并探讨了加入一定量的废料对浇注料性能的影响,确定了废料可替代CAS浸渍管浇注料中约40%的刚玉颗粒料,合理地调整添加废料后的浇注料中相关微粉和水泥的含量,优化后的浇注料各项性能均能够达到宝钢技术指标要求,实际生产后达到了钢厂使用寿命的要求。
The waste integrative casting lid of EAF can be used in the CAS impregnated tube castable after it was crashed and classified. The physical and chemical indexes of the waste were analyzed and compared with those of the original castable, and the effect of adding some waste material to it on properties of the castable was discussed. The result indicates that the waste can replace about 40% of corundum granules of the CAS impregnated tube castable, The optimized castable properties can meet the requirements of Baosteel' s technical indexes and service life in the real production only by adjusting the content of ultrafine powder and cement in the CAS impregnated tube castable.
