用国产CPs——1A超声波粉碎机破碎运动发酵单胞菌的菌体细胞,探讨了不同破碎条件对细胞破碎程度的影响。
Zymomonas mobilis LMG 429 was broken down by ultrasonic. The factors affecting the cells breaking were studied and the optimal conditions during the procedure were given.
