Evaluation for the Linking Structure Without Edge Stress

在一些文献中提出了新型封头曲线，这种封头的主要特点是在边界处的曲率半径为无穷大，其目的是与筒体联接处不产生边缘附加应力。经分析表明，这种封头在解决边缘附加应力的同时，也伴随着产生一些不利的因素，比如引起封头的周向压应力增大，封头深度增加及制造精度难以保证等一系列问题。这些问题之间相互是矛盾的，建议在封头形状设计中要给予综合考虑。

New types of curve designs for back were described in some articles during the recent years, the objective of which is to avoid the edge stress existing in the connection area between back cover and cylindrical shell. The analysis in tis paper shows that some disadvantages are accompanied as the problem of no edge stress is solved for back cover mentioned above, for example, the hoop tress raise in the back cover, the depth of the back cover increase and it is also difficult to ensure machining precision etc. As these problems are contradictory, it is necessary to give a synthetical consideration in the design of back cover.
