带蒂阴股沟真皮脂肪瓣转移阴茎加粗术

Penis augmentation with pudendal-thigh dermis fat flaps

目的寻找阴茎增粗手术的理想组织材料。方法应用单侧或双侧以阴部外动脉血管为蒂的阴股沟真皮脂肪瓣,移植于阴茎筋膜下填充阴茎体,从而扩大阴茎的周径。结果对48例患者计77侧阴股沟皮瓣全部移植成功,阴茎加粗4～8cm,阴茎外形恢复满意,质地柔软弹性好。经随访观察皮瓣无明显回缩及吸收。阴茎外形、功能良好,性生活明显改善。结论阴股沟真皮脂肪瓣有丰富而可靠的血液供应,供区隐蔽,切取后可直接拉拢缝合,是一种值得推广的阴茎加粗的好方法。

Objective To find suitable material for penis augmentation. Methods Unilateral or bilateral pudendalthigh dermis fat flaps pedicled on the external pudendal arteries were translated under the fascia penis for augmenting the corpus penis. Results All transplantations were successful and circumferential of the corpus penis after operation had increased 4- 8 cm. The patients felt satisfied with the penile contour, soft texture and good flexibility without any difficulty in recovery or tissue absorption in follow up investigation, and restored regular and satisfactory sexual activities after operation without any functional limitation. Conclusion This method of penis augmentation using the pudendal - thigh dermis fat flap has many advantages： abundant and reliable blood supply of the pudendal - thigh dermis flap; the linear and inconspicuous scars at the donor site. It merits more widespread use.
