摘要
通过分析轻烃泵密封在变工况发生时端面比压的变化,推导了变工况发生时端面比压变化的影响因素;针对轻烃泵密封端面常处于气液两相和全气相的特点,给出了两种相态下选取不同的载荷系数对端面比压变化幅度的影响,进而给出不同相态时载荷系数的选取参数值。该结论对炼厂技术人员在选取轻烃泵密封的载荷系数十分重要,对于减少轻烃泵密封载荷系数选取时的盲目性有一定的现实意义。
By means of the analysis about the change of face specific pressure of hydrocarbon pump under pump evacuation, the effect factors of the change of face specific pressure are deduced. According to the characteristics of hydorcarbon pump for vapor-liquid mixing phase sealing and full vapor phase sealing, the effect of the change of face specific pressure in choosing load coefficient are given. Thus, the reference value of load coefficient in different phase is determined. The results are important to choose load coefficient for technical staff in refinery, and have momentous current significance curbing blindness in choosing load coefficient of hydrocarbon pump.
