摘要 目的了解郑州市各级医院CT机的运行状况,对存在的问题提出改进意见,以提高CT机的诊断质量。方法使用影像质量检测系统对郑州市、县和乡镇医院的41台CT机影象质量保证项目进行检测。结果41台CT机影象质量保证项目,完全合格的占68.3%。检测合格率以均匀性、高对比分辨力为最高(均为100.0%);低对比分辨力合格率最低(82.9%)。CT机房整体防护效果较好,只有1家的环境辐射水平超过国家标准,其他的均符合国家标准。结论郑州市各医院CT机的性能控制工作需要加强。 [ Objective ] To understand the operation condition of the CT machines, put forward suggestions for the existing problems and improve the diagnostic quality of CT machines. [ Methods] Image quality detection system was applied to detect 41 CT machines in the quality guarantee projects of Zhengzhou city. [ Results] 68.3% of the detected CT machines were totally eligible; the eligible rate was the highest in the uniformity and high-contrast resolution ( 100% ) and the lowest in the low-contrast resolution (82.9% ) ; the overall protective effect was good with only one machine exceeded the national standard. [ Conclusion] Improvement should be made in the CT machine function control work in the hospitals of Zhengzhou City.
