摘要
目的观察止痛消炎膏在治疗痛风性关节炎时的疗效。方法将86名老年性痛风患者随机分为观察组和对照组各43例,对照组采用常规口服药物治疗,观察组在常规用药的基础上局部用止痛消炎膏外敷。结果观察组的患者总有效率为95%,明显高于对照组(70%)。2组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论止痛消炎膏在治疗痛风性关节炎时可以缩短疗程,更快地减轻患者痛苦。
[ Objective ] To observe the effect of relieving pain and eliminating inflammation cream on gouty arthritis. [ Methods ] 86 senile gout patients were divided into observation group and control group （ each for 43 ）. Conventional oral drug therapy was applied to the control group, observation group was treated with combined conventional oral drug therapy and external relieving pain and eliminating inflammation cream. [ Results] Total effective rate of observation group （95%） was significantly higher than that of control group （70%）. The difference between the two groups was significance（ P 〈0.05 ）. [ Conclusion] Relieving pain and eliminating inflammation cream can shorten the course of treatment, and quickly reduce the suffering of patients.
