摘要
目的检测某地区1台60Co治疗机的性能,验证放射防护效果,以确保诊疗质量,保护医护人员和患者的健康。方法依据相关标准和资料,对控制台显示、安全联锁系统、剂量测量系统、防护设施、个人剂量监测及管理、操作规程与管理规定等项目进行检查;利用剂量仪和水箱等仪器对60Co治疗机性能进行检测;利用α、β表面污染测量仪、多功能辐射仪和个人报警仪等仪器,对60Co治疗机及其机房防护效果进行验证。结果检查项目和监测项目大部分符合标准和规定的要求,存在剂量测量系统已坏,防护门外工作指示灯不亮等问题。结论针对60Co治疗机的特点,对存在的问题提出新的建议与要求,对消除项目隐患,提高诊疗质量和保证安全防护具有重要意义。
[ Objective] To detect the function of a ^60Co radiotherapy machine and evaluate the protection effect so as to insure the treatment quality and protect the health of the medical staff and the patients. [ Methods] According to the correlative criteria and data, detection was conducted on the control power display, safety chain system, dose measurement system, protective facilities, individual dose surveillance, the managerial regulations and so on; doser and water tank were applied to test the function of ^60Co radiotherapy machine; α and β surface pollution inspector, multi-function radiometer and water tank were used to testify the protection effect against the machine and the room. [ Results] A majority of the detected items accorded with the national standards, but the dose measurement system was found to be damaged and the indicator light on the protection door stopped working. [ Conclusion] It is significant to prompt new suggestions for the existing problems, eliminate the potential risks, improve the diagnostic quality and guarantee the safety protection according to the features of the ^60Co radiotherapy machine.
