摘要
目的建立GCMS同时定性分析血液中的安定、硝基安定、氯硝安定、三唑仑、艾司唑仑和阿普唑仑的方法。方法血液样品用乙醚萃取,50℃水浴中N2吹干,残留物用乙醇溶解后进样。色谱柱为HP-5 MS CLC-CN柱(30m×0.25mm×0.25μm)。结果在血中可同时检出6种苯二氮卓类药物,最小检出浓度为5μg/L。结论该方法适用于血液中6种苯二氮卓类药物的同时定性分析。
[ Objective ] To establish a GCMC method for the simultaneous qualitative analysis of six kinds of benzodiazepines in human plasma, namely, diazepam, nitrazepam , clonazepam, estazolam, triazolam and alprazolam. [ Methods] The plasma samples were extracted with aether; organic phase was evaporated under nitrogen stream at 50 ℃ in water bath; the remains were dissolved by ethanol; the chromotography column was HP-5 MS CLC-CN ( 30 m × 0.25 mm × 0.25 μm). [ Results ] Six kinds of benzodiazepines were detected from the plasma with the minimum detection density of 5 μg/L. [ Conclusion] This method is applicable for the simultaneous qualitative analysis of six kinds of benzodiazepines in human plasma.
