摘要
目的了解陕西省2003—2006年蔬菜水果中有机磷农药残留的整体水平。方法采用随机与定点抽样的方法采集市售蔬菜水果16个品种,通过气相色谱法测定15种有机磷残留量。结果2003年有机磷总检出率为19.49%,其中蔬菜检出率23.81%,水果检出率8.82%;2004年有机磷总检出率为13.21%,其中蔬菜检出率为16.20%,水果未检出;2005年有机磷总检出率18.50%,其中蔬菜检出率21.14%,水果未检出;2006年样品有机磷总检出率40.37%,其中蔬菜检出率41.70%,水果检出率22.22%。结论该省蔬菜水果农药残留监测中有部分样品超标,并检出国家禁用的农药品种,应加强农业使用的监管,保证农产品安全。
[ Objective ] To study the level of oganophosphorus pesticide residues in fruits and vegetables in Shanxi during 2006- 2006. [ Methods] 15 kinds of oganophosphorus pesticide residues were detected by gas chromatography among 16 varieties of fruits and vegetables samples which be collected in market with random and pointing sampling. [ Results] In 2003, the detectable rate of total oganophosphorus pesticide was 19.49%, that of vegetables and fruits was 23.81% and 8.82% respectively. In 2004,13.21% of overall samples were detected pesticide residues, and 16.20% of vegetables samples were positive, no fruits samples was detected. In 2005, the detectable rate of total oganophosphorus pesticide was 18.50%, and that of vegetables was 21.14%, pesticide residues of fruits was not detected. In 2006, the detectable rate of total oganophosphorus pesticide was 40.37%, and that of vegetables and fruits was 41.70% and 22.22% respectively. [ Conclusion ] A part of vegetables and fruits samples oganophosphorus pesticide residues were went beyond the national standard, and some kinds of forbidden pesticide were detected. The management of pesticide should be strengthened to ensure the quality of agricultural products.
