摘要
目的查明38名就诊病人的中毒原因,为预防“瘦肉精”中毒和为食物中毒应急处置提供依据。方法应用现场流行病学调查方法,进行采样和实验室检验分析。结果病人有进食相同食物史,剩余食品和病人尿液、呕吐物经检验含有盐酸克伦特罗30.8—126.4μg/kg。结论罗某制作的地方小吃-蒿子粑粑误加“瘦肉精”引发食物中毒,今后要加强对“瘦肉精”监管,制作地方小吃的手工加工作坊的食品安全管理成为一个新的课题。
[ Objective] To identify the causes of the poisoning among 38 patients, and provide evidence for clenbuterol poisoning prevention and emergency treatment of food poisoning. [ Methods] Field epidemiological method was applied to collect samples and conduct laboratory tests. [ Results] All patients had eaten the same food, clenbuterol hydrochlorlde ( 30.8 - 126.4 μg/kg) was detected in remained food, urine and vomitus of the patients, [ Conclusion] The error plus clenbuterol in "Haozibaba" which made by Luo cased food poisoning. It is necessary to strengthen clenbuterol supervision, food safety management of local snacks workshop has become a new topic.
