抽油机游梁支架改造后的结构强度和稳定性

摘要 采取去掉横拉筋的办法改造抽油机游梁支架,可节省大量钢材,降低制造成本。对改造后的游梁支架进行了动态应力测试、位移测试和稳定性计算。结果表明,去掉横拉筋后,游梁支架各构件满足强度要求;支架局部和整体都满足稳定性要求;支架上部摆幅变化不大,满足刚度要求。认为可通过合理设计游梁支架前后腿角度、前后腿截面和采用加强板,使抽油机游梁支架具有更好的承载能力和最小的重量。 Through modification of the framework of a beam pumping unit by removing the cross tension link, a great quantity of steel can be saved and the manufacturing cost can be reduced. The dynamic stress measure, displacement suriey and stability calculation of the modified framework are made. The result shows that the strength of component parts of the framework without the corss tension link can satisfy the requirement of operation; beth its partial and whole stability can also saisfy the operation requirement; the framework top has sufficient rigidity with slight variation of swing amplitude. It is indicated that larger load bearing capacity and minimum weight of the framework can be obtained by rational design of the angle and cross section of the front and back legs of the framework and by using reinforced plate.
