摘要
简述了模糊可靠性理论产生的必然性,给出了模糊可靠性、可靠性模糊子集及模糊故障等基本概念。模糊可靠性的主要指标有模糊可靠度R、模糊故障率λ和模糊平均寿命MTTF。在应用方面,对机械零件疲劳强度的模糊可靠性设计、轴类零件刚度的模糊可靠性设计和滚动轴承的模糊可靠性寿命计算等问题作了讨论。推出了模糊可靠度的计算式,可根据可靠度的大小判断零件设计是否合理或在给定模糊可靠度的条件下确定零件尺寸。机械零件的模糊可靠性优化设计与一般可靠性优化设计类似,求解的基本途径是将其转化为一般性优化问题,然后按常规优化方法求解。
A brief comment on the necessity of the appearance of the fuzzy reliability theory is presented, and the basic conceptions of fuzzy reliabilty, reliability fuzzy subset and fhzzy trouble are described. The main indexes of fuzzy reliability include fuzzy reliabilty degree, fuzzy trouble rate and fuzzy mean life. Discussions are made on the fuzzy reliability design of the fatigue strength of machine elements and the rigidity of shafts and similars and the calculation of the fuzzy reliability life of rolling bearings. The equation for calculating the fuzzy reliability degree is derived, and the reliability degree can be used for judging if the design is reasonable and the size of the component parts can be determined with the given reliability degree. The fuzzy reliability optimization of machine elements is simiar to the conventional reliability optimization,and the basic approach to its solving is converting it to a general optimizing object and the solving according to the conventional method.
