为了能在任意曲线(包括空间曲线的平面展开线)轮廓上切割变角度焊接坡口面,提出了可挖切割嘴姿态角的钢板火焰切割机数控系统。系统由输入介质、数控装置和伺服系统等组成,与变角度焊接坡口面切割浆里配套,X、Y轴控制切割嘴的运动轨迹,α、ω轴控制切割嘴的姿态角。详细阐述了系统总体设计的全过程、数控系统硬件的组成、各硬件的性能及作用、整个数控系统的功能和具有该数控系统的钢板火焰切割机的应用前景。
To cut angle changable welding grooved faces on an arbitrary curved profile(including the plane developed curve of the space curve), a numerical control system for steel plate cutting machine with attitude controllable cutting nozzle is developed. The system is comprised of input medium, NC device and servo system, which is used in combination with the angle changable welding grooved face cutting machine to control the motion trace of the cutting nozzle in X or Y axis direction and the attitude of the cutting nozzle in α or ω axis direction. The procedure of the overall design of the NC system, the hardware configuration, the performance and functions of the hardwares and the function of the NC system are expounded, and the application prospects of the cutting mechine with the NC system is predicted.
