摘要 红外热成像技术在内河航运安全保障体系当中有很广阔的应用前景。该论文提出了一种能够应用于内河环境,背景固定情况下的红外船舶目标检测算法。该算法综合利用了帧间差分法对目标运动敏感和背景差分法对目标轮廓提取完整的优点,并引入了自适应背景模型。通过实验表明,该算法对目标检测准确,目标信息完整,并具有良好的实时性和鲁棒性。 There is a wide applicable foreground in the security system of inland shipping by the infrared thermal imaging technology, the paper raises an infrared ship target detection algorithm which can be used under the condition of inland river with fixed background. The algorithm combines the advantages of target movement sensitivity by frame differentiation and perfect target profile extraction by background differentiation, and introduces self-adaptive background model. Experiment showed the algorithm has high target detection accuracy with whole target information, and excellent real time performance and high robustness.
