通过对台州市多层住宅质量的调查研究,总结了引起住宅裂缝质量缺陷的成因,从设计、施工、材料、环境等方面提出了控制住宅工程裂缝的措施,从而提高多层住宅的质量。

Based upon investigation and study of the qualities of multi-storey residences in Taizhou the reasons caused the cracks in multi-storey houses are summarized, at the same time from design, construction, material, environment and other aspects corresponding control measures are propcr, ed in order to increase engineering quality of multi-storey residence.
