通过对监理酬金计取现状的调查研究,从酬金体系不完善、监理招投标体系有缺陷、建设单位对监理的工作不理解三个方面深入分析了目前监理酬金计取低的原因,提出了从根本上解决监理取费低问题的方法。

Through the investigation and the study of the supervision fee calculation and the supervision fee collection, the paper analyzes the cause of the lower supervision fee collection from three aspects of the imperfect fee system, the defective supervision bidding system and the incomprehension of the construction unit to the supervision work, puts forward the solution of lower supervision fee eoUection.
