针对目前我国住宅能耗问题,从设计方面分析了实现节能住宅的有效途径,从节能技术的选择、节能材料的创新等方面探讨了如何使建筑满足不断发展的节能要求,最后对节能住宅的监督与验收工作进行了论述。

According to the energy consumption of the residence at present in our country, the paper analyzes the effective way of realizing the energy-saving residence from the design aspect, discusses how to make the building meet the continual development of the energy-saving re- quirement from the Election of the energy saving technology and the innovation of the energy saving materials, finally discusses the supervision and the acceptance of the energy-saving residence.
