摘要
商业模式的定义在理论界有多种不同的理解,对商业模式创新尚缺乏完善研究。针对该问题,从商业模式的概念入手,对当前电信运营企业商业模式创新方式进行了分析,指出电信运营商商业模式创新应该从三个方面着手:一是在产品层面,着重于电信产品设计规则参与、产品创新和服务标准化;二是在企业层面,着重于电信业务组件和组织管理的再造和梳理;三是在产业层面,着重于外包策略和网络联盟在实现价值创新中的重要作用。
There are several definitions about business model, but there lacks research results for innovation mechanism of business model in research work. This paper starts with the concept of business model, analyses on the achievement ways of business model innovation by the telecommunication operators. The strategies of business model innovation contain three aspects. First is the production level, which lays emphasis on telecommunication product design, innovation and service standardization. Second is the enterprise level, which is the recompose method of tasks and organization. Third is the industry level, in which outsourcing and union is the important strategy to create the value.
