随着3G时代的临近,我国电信市场格局必将重新划分,国内将出现更多的全业务运营商,竞争也必然更加激烈。因此,在新的环境下,各大电信运营商如何避免过度竞争,进行公正有效的竞争合作来促进企业可持续发展和中国电信行业的健康发展正日益成为电信运营企业亟待解决的问题。基于此,从构建行业和谐环境的角度出发,在系统分析电信企业目前竞争状况及其原因的基础上,初步探讨中国电信运营商实现多赢、共赢、和谐发展的途径。
