摘要
借助产业集群理论,运用模糊综合评价法和层次分析法建立了软件产业集群绩效评价体系,并结合调研数据对西安软件产业集群绩效进行评估,找出其发展过程中存在的问题。
Based on theories of Industry Cluster, the paper sets up the achievement evaluation system for software industry cluster with application of AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation approach. Then, Xi＇an software industry cluster is evaluated and an analysis of its existing problems is presented.
