辅导员是学生进入大学后接触的第一人,一个好的辅导员对大学生顺利成长至关重要。辅导员应针对不同类型学生而扮演不同角色,从而正确引导学生积极向上的发展,培养学生各方面的能力,使他们在毕业后成为社会需要的人才。

The counsellor is the first person that students got to know when they enter colleges. One nice consellor is very important for the healthy grow- up of a university student. A concellor should play different role to different students, so as to lead the students properly and actively grow- up, and to cultivate their abilities from all aspects, to make them useful people for society after graduation.
