摘要
针对动磁式直线压缩机模型样机建立了基于有限元的磁固耦合动态特性分析模型。该模型考虑了磁路的非线性特性、漏磁通及永磁体位置等因素的影响,因此比传统的等效磁路模型更完整。给出了部分分析结果,表明了电机推力、位移和电流之间的相互关系,还给出了几个在不同电压、不同时刻下的矢量磁通密度图,直观地显示了磁场的分布特点及磁路的饱和特性,为直线压缩机的优化设计奠定了基础。
A magnetism and solid coupling dynamic analysis model was established by finite element method for a model of moving-magnet linear compressor. In this model, the influence of the nonlinearity of magnetic circuit, leak magnetic flux and the position of the magnet was considered. So it is more integrity than the model of equivalent magnetic circuit. Some analysis results were provided in this article, indicating the relationship among the electromagnetic force, displacement of permanent magnet and current. Besides, some magnetic flux density drawings of different voltage and different time were given too, there indicating the distributing characteristics of the electromagnetism field and saturation characteristics of magnetic route. This anslysis lays the foundation for optimization design of linear compressor.
