摘要
本文介绍了国内外采用清洁生产工艺合成对硝基甲苯邻磺酸的研究进展:①用三氧化硫作磺化剂,不会产生废硫酸,有三种方法:稀释气态三氧化硫进行磺化、气态三氧化硫直接磺化、在溶剂中用三氧化硫磺化;⑦我国首创并获得国家专利的母液循环式以50%发烟硫酸作磺化剂,能大大减少废硫酸的生成,生成的少量废硫酸可用于下一轮磺化时的稀释剂,另一部分经大孔树脂吸附处理后可循环再利用。
In this paper, the latest progress in clean synthesis of 4-nitrotoluene-2-sulfonic acid in domestic and abroad was introduced. Without waste acid, there are three ways of sulfonation by SO3 as sulfonating agent: sulfonated by dilute gaseous SO3, by gaseous SO3 directly and by SO3 in solvent; New method mother liquor circulating sulfonation has gotten a patent in our country, This method can reduce the quantity of waste acid greatly by using 50% oleum as sulfonating agent. Some of the waste acid can be used as thinner in the next round production, and the rest can be reused after adsorpted by big bore resin.
