102型射孔枪在中原油田的应用

The Application of 102 Perforation Gun in Zhongyuan Oilfield

射孔是油田勘探、开发中十分重要的技术，采用最合理的射孔方式，最大限度地开发产层的产能，有利于油田产能建设和经济效益的提高，基于这一目的，中原油田于1994年12月开始在各油田进行了102型射孔枪的试验和推广应用，取得了较好的效果，尤其是在文东、濮城、胡状等油田获得了显著的效果并取得了巨大的经济效益。文中阐述了102型射孔枪的各项技术指标与102枪型及复合102枪型的特点，分析了不同枪型穿深的比值关系，射孔与产能关系，成孔过程对油气层的影响，射孔参数不合理对油气层的影响，射孔压差、射孔液对油气层的影响。通过对102枪型应用情况和效果的分析，提出了结论。

Perforation is very significant for exploration and development of oil fields. Productivity of pay zones can be developed maximally if perforation is most reasonable and it is very helpful to enhance production and economic benefits of oil fields. Based on such a purpose,Zhongyuan started to use and test 102 perforation .guns in its various oil fields in December, 1994. Since then,distinct results and great economic benefits have been achieved especially in Wendong,Pucheng,Huzhuang and other fields. This paper describes specifications of the type of 102 gun and characteristics of combinable 102 gun. It analyses the relation between perforation and productivity. It is also describes various effects to hydrocarbon zones and their productivities such as perforation tunnel forming process,unreasonable perforation parameters,pressure differences,perforating fluid and etc. The conclusion is given through these descriptions and analyses of 102 gun.
