耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌引起医院内感染的基因分型及耐药监测 被引量：1

Study on mini-outbreak of methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus

摘要 耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌（MRSA）是儿科医院内感染常见致病菌，常引起爆发性流行，故进行MRSA分型监测非常重要。本研究采用脉冲场凝胶电泳方法（PFGE）对儿童医院烧伤病房2003年10—11月小规模流行的金黄色葡萄球菌（金葡菌）进行基因分型及联合耐药表型分型分析流行原因。
