Influencing Factors and Policy Recommendations of Security Housing in Chongqing

重庆市被国务院批准为城乡统筹综合改革试验区,保障性住房发展正处在一个有利的时机,同时也面临着发展的压力和挑战。分析了重庆市保障性住房的市场和政策环境,借鉴发达国家住房保障模式,从城市区域范围的角度,对健全住房保障体系所需做出的基础性和支撑性工作提出建议。

Chongqing was approved to establish new experimental zone for urban-rural comprehensive reform, which brought a favorable opportunity for the development of security housing and also pressure and challenge at the same time. From the viewpoint of the scope of urban areas, this paper analyzes the market and the policy environment of security housing in Chongqing and gives some suggestions to build a perfect security housing system with reference of security housing model in developed countries.
