摘要
房地产发展存在的非市场化行为可以归结为"话语权"的不均衡。造成这种现象的原因是市场的不完善、地方政府的寻租;这种话语权的失衡不仅干扰房地产市场调节的功能,也影响着国家调整房地产市场的政策效果。采取有效措施纠正这种非市场化行为,有助于我国房地产业的健康发展。
There are many non-marketization behaviors in the real estate market. These behaviors can come down to the imbalance of discourse power. It is caused by the imperfect of the market and the rent-seeking of local government. The imbalance of discourse power irritates the function of real estate market regulation as well as influences the policy effect of national adjustment. In order to promote the real estate industry developing healthily, some measures must be taken to correct these non-marketization behaviors
