摘要
用蔗糖作辅助铁水,饲养刚离乳的Sprague-Dawley雄性大鼠,180天后,53%大鼠肥胖成为饮食诱发肥胖型大鼠(DIO大鼠),47%大鼠不肥胖成为饮食诱发肥胖抵抗型大鼠(DIO-R大鼠)且DIO和DIO-R大鼠均具高脂血症。说明25%蔗糖可诱发Sprague-Dawley雄性大鼠肥胖病高脂血症,但同样条件下为什么部分大鼠不肥胖还有待于进一步研究。另外,对DIO大鼠的肥胖机制作了初步探讨。
Timed wealing Sprague-Lhaler male rats had been drinking sucrose solution adlibitum be-sides water and food an libitum for 180 days. 53 Percent rats became dietary induced obesity(DIO) and 47 Percent rats became dietary induced obesity resistance (DIO-R). There were hy-perlipemia in dietary induced obesity and dietary induced obesity resistance rats. Suggesting thatdietary induced obesity rats with hyperlipemia were successfully made by using 25 percent sucrosesolution as auxiliary drinking-water. Moremover, The mechanism of dietary induced obesity inrats were investigated.
