我国公共图书馆政府信息服务的现状与国际经验借鉴

The Present Situation of Government Information Service Provided by the Public Library in China and the Use of International Experience for Reference

阐述公共图书馆参与政府信息公开的多方面意义;分析我国公共图书馆开展政府信息暇务的概况:《中华人民共和国政府信息公开条例》实施之前,我国公共图书馆的政府信息服务已经历三个发展阶段,各级公共图书馆的政府信息服务还处于很初级的水平,基本的法律保障环境尚未形成;并对美国联邦托管图书馆等6个国外公共图书馆开展政府信息服务的典型案例进行介绍分析,以为国内提供借鉴。

Public library＇ s participation in making government information open to the public has various significances. Before The Rules for Making Government Information Open to the Public was issued, the government information service has experienced three stages of development, the legal safeguard environment for the public library to provide government information service has not been formed in China, and public library＇s government information service remains in its very primary level. The overseas public library has created many standard cases in the process of developing government information service, such as the US Federal Depository Library Program.
