The Study On Human Intelligence Network In Knowledge Management

摘要 随着知识经济的逐步发展,知识管理的研究迅速展开,但隐性知识利用和获取的有限性,较大程度上制约了知识管理的发展。因此本文提出,研究人际情报网络对知识拥有者的影响,可以有效挖掘隐性知识,提高知识管理的效能。论文在分析国内外人际情报网络研究现状的基础之上,主要阐述知识管理与人际情报网络交融的相关性,同时分析人际情报网络嵌入知识管理体系中的主要特征。 Along with the gradual development of knowledge-based economy, the study of knowledge management developes, rapidly, but the limited use of and access to tacit knowledge, to larger extent, has hampered the development of knowledge management. Therefore, this paper points out that the study on human intelligence network to knowledge owners can effectively tap tacit knowledge and improve the effectiveness of knowledge management. Based on the research papers on domestic and foreign human intelligence network, this paper mainly studies on the relevance of knowledge management and human intelligence network, and analyzes main features of human intelligence network embedded knowledge management system.
