RFID技术在高校图书馆书库管理中的应用实践与探索 被引量:25

摘要 当前高校图书馆书库管理普遍存在图书上架量大、图书错架乱架、读者有意藏书及图书盘点难等四大难题,从而影响书库管理的效率和质量。国内外图书馆关注的RFID技术具有自动识别、自动追踪、多标签识读和存储信息量大等优势,对破解书库管理的四大难题具有针对性。但通过对RFID系统的分析,发现在图书盘点速度、自动借还、防盗效果和识读准确率等方面与当前条形码系统相比还不具备优势,影响RFID技术优势的发挥。为促进RFID在书库管理中的推广应用,提出不断完善RFID技术、制定RFID在出版物的应用标准、大力研发导电油墨、开发图书自动追踪及定位功能、重视中间件的开发等5方面的大对策。 Currently, the book stack management of university libraries is suffered from four difficult problems: high shelf volume, mis-shelving of books, reader' s intentional concealment of books and difficult inventory-checking, which impair the management efficiency and quality. The RFID technology focused by domestic and foreign libraries has advantages of automatic identification, automatic trace, multi-label identification and read, and high volume of stored information and is able to solve the above-mentioned difficulties. However, the analysis shows that in comparison with the current code bar system,the FRID yet has no superiority in inventory-checking speed, automatic book delivery-return, anti- theft effect and accuracy of identification and read, and thus is somewhat restricted in playing its technical advantages. In order to promote the application and popularization of FRID in book stack management, five countermeasures are proposed: ceaselessly perfecting RFID technology, working out standards of application of RFID in publications, greatly researching conductive ink, developing function of book automatic trace and positioning, and focusing on development of intermediates.
