摘要
乙型肝炎危害全球大部分地区,由于没有切实可行的治疗方法,因此,控制和预防乙型肝炎便极其重要。转基因植物可表达外源乙肝表面抗原蛋白(HB_sAg)并保持自然状态的免疫原性,产生的疫苗不需纯化就可供口服使用,所以,本文提出,利用转基因植物生产廉价疫苗系统有巨大的前景,可代替微生物疫苗生产系统。
Hepatitis B virus (HBV) causes an infection endemic to many parts of the world, since there is no effective treatment available for chronic hepatitis B, control and prevention become indispensable. It has recently been shown that the HBsAg can be expressed in plants in a form in which they retain native immunogenic properties, expressing antigen proteins in plants material that is used in food allows vaccine protiens be applied orally without having to purify them, so this paper concludes that transgenic plants hold promise as low-cost vaccine production systems which is an alternative to microbial systems for HBV vaccine production of biomolecules.
