摘要
分别以乙醇、丙二醇、丙三醇、三醋酸甘油酯等作为溶剂,与所选醇类香料配制成香料溶液,对卷烟进行注射加香,经保存和前处理后,测定香料在主流烟气粒相中的转移率,发现不同溶剂对所选醇类香料在卷烟主流烟气粒相中的转移率有影响。丙二醇作溶剂时,本研究所选醇类香料中沸点较低的单体在主流粒相中的转移率较高;三醋酸甘油酯和丙二醇混合后做溶剂时,所选醇类香料中沸点较高的单体在主流粒相中的转移率较高。整体上看,三醋酸甘油和丙二醇混合后作溶剂有利于醇类香料单体在主流粒相中转移率的提高。
To observe the ratios of some alcohol flavors transfer to particulate phase of mainstream smoke when ethyl alcohol,1,2-propanediol,glycerol,triacetin and their intermixture were used as solvent.Alcohol solutions were injected into cigarettes and preserved in airproof cigarette pack for a while and then smoken by ISO3402.TMP collected by cambridge filter,The transfer ratios were qualitatively and quantitatively studied with GC,GC/MS.The results showed that,The properties of solvent impact the transfer ratios of some alcohol flavors to particulate phase of mainstream smoke.
