人民币升值对出口企业技术进步的作用区间分析——基于调研结果的理论分析

An Theoretical Analysis on the Effect of RMB Appreciation Contributing to Export Enterprise's Technological Progress

本文从我国资源禀赋的情况出发,通过对人民币升值在促进企业技术进步中所面临的"技术替代能力约束"和"技术承载能力约束"的分析,得出人民币升值对企业技术进步的失效区间。又通过放松资本约束的条件,得到人民币升值对企业技术进步的有效作用区间,并且在规模报酬递增的情况下,人民币升值对企业技术进步的作用最为明显。

This paper starts on the resource endowment of China, and then proceeds to analyse “the technology substitution restriction” and “the technology beating capacity restriction” to educe an ineffective range of RMB appreciation on export enterprise＇s technological progress. By loosening terms of capital restriction, this research gets an effective range of RMB appreciation leading to export enterprise＇s technological progress. Especially, in the stage of IRS, the effect is most obvious.
