摘要
介绍了电石法PVC树脂生产过程中氯乙烯精馏尾气的吸收方法,从原理到回收情况对比了膜吸附回收法和变压吸附法。结果表明,采用变压吸附法回收氯乙烯精馏尾气不仅降低了消耗,增加了经济效益,而且减少了环境污染。
Methods for the recovery of tail gas from the rectification of vinyl chloride in the production of PVC by calcium carbide method were introduced. The membrane separation method and the pressure swing adsorption method were compared in the aspects of from mechanisms to recovery situation, The results showed that the prcssure swing adsorption method not only decreased consumption, increased economic benefits, but also reduced the environmental pollution.
