景区周边的农村居民点用地整理模式研究——以武汉九峰城市森林保护区为例

Study on the administration models of rural residential area in the peripheral zone of resorts——A case study of Jiufeng City forest protection area in Wuhan

农村居民点用地整理是我国近年来兴起的农村土地集约化利用形式,在学术界相关研究基础上,以武汉九峰城市森林保护区周边的农村居民点为例,初步探讨景区周边的农村居民点用地整理,针对不同类型居民点,提出具有代表性的居民点搬迁模式、城中村改造模式和生态文明示范村建设模式,并对相关问题进行了讨论。

The administration of rural residential recently. On the basis of the related research in area is an intensive utilization form of rural land which is popular the academic field, taking as an example the rural residential area around Jiufeng City forest protection area in Wuhan, the paper primarily discusses the administration of rural residential area in this area, puts forward the representative moving model of the residential area, the reconstruction model of village in city and the construction model of ecological civilization demonstrative village pointing to the different types of residential areas, and makes a discussion on the issues concerned.
