摘要
结合我国具体国情和乒乓球项目的特点,为促进和完善我国乒超联赛运动员的合理流动,应建立符合现代企业制度特征的乒超俱乐部;在双轨制存在的前提下,将联赛作为一个整体单独划出,探索乒超联赛体系内部运动员的自由流动;协调好流动中各主体之间的关系。
In order to promote and improve the rational flow of athletes in table tennis super league club with China＇s specific national conditions and the characteristics of the table tennis projects, we should establish modern enterprise system with the characteristics of table tennis clubs with the two-track system, there will be a league as a whole separate set aside. We will explore table tennis club super league players within the system of free movement and properly coordinate the flow of the relationship between the main body.
