摘要
用固相 pH梯度 ( pH 5 0 5~ 5 60 )等电聚焦技术对随机抽取的 1 88名北京地区健康汉族人的血清转铁蛋白 (Tf)进行分型调查 ,并统计基因频率 ,检出了在中国还未见报道的TfC3基因 .其表型分别是 :TfC1 ,TfC2 ,TfC1C2 ,TfC1C3,TfC1Dchi,TfC2Dchi.TfC1=0 74 2 0 ,TfC2 =0 2 4 2 0 ,TfC3 =0 0 0 2 7,TfDchi=0 0 1 33,符合Hardy Weinberg定律 。
Six phenotypes TfC1, TfC2, TfC1C2, TfC1C3, TfC1Dchi and TfC2Dchi were detected by isoelectric focusing with immobilized pH gradients in pH 5 05~5 60. Tf C3 has never been revealed in the Han population before . The Gene frequencies are as follows: Tf C1 =0 7420, Tf C2 =0 2420, Tf C3 =0 0027, Tf Dchi =0 0133. There is a good agreement between the observed and expected values corresponding to the Hardy Weinberg equilibrium. The allele frequencies for Tf C1 , Tf C2 and Tf Dchi are quite similar to those previously reported.
