摘要
基于超声相控阵原理,研制了用于无损检测的实时检测系统,提出了超声相控阵检测系统的有效结构,该结构由一块主板、一块主控板和八块超声触发/接收板组成.通用串行总线(USB)的应用,提高了数据传输速率,简化了硬件接口复杂度.实验结果表明,该系统满足无损检测的需要.
A novel real time ultrasonic phased array detection system was developed for nondestructive testing (NDT). Based on the theory of ultrasonic phased array, an efficient architecture consisting of one main board, one control board and eight transmit/receive boards was described. And the use of Universal Serial Bus (USB) improved the transform speed and reduced the complexity of the hardware interface. Preliminary experimental results show that the novel real time ultrasonic phased array detection system is effective for nondestructive testing,
