Distributed Energy System:a Sort of Approach to Relieve the Shortage of Energy Resource

摘要 提高能源使用效率,缓解国内日趋紧张的能源危机,减少环境污染程度,是当前工作重点之一。本文根据我国能源现状,借鉴国外成功缓解能源资源短缺的发展经验,从宏观视角提出将综合能源利用率高、污染物排放少和安全可靠的分布式能源系统进行及时地研发及推广,并将其作为缓解我国能源紧张状况及相应改善环境问题的有效途径,同时提出政府在能源政策方面的导向和支持将有助于分布式能源系统在我国的实际应用。 Improving the energy utilization efficiency, relieving the increasingly strained energy crisis and reducing the environment pollution are important issues of present national works. In this paper, according to the current energy status and drawing on the successful foreign experiences to relieve the shortage of energy resource, the distributed energy system which has high energy efficiency, low pollutant emission and safety reliability was reviewed. It should be developed and applied reasonably from a macro perspective. Furthermore, the system could be considered as an effective approach to relieve the shortage of energy resource, and therefore to improve the environmental problem. It was believed that the relevant energy policies on the orientation and supports that provided by the government would be helpful for the practical application of the distributed energy system in China.
