孤束核内微电泳NPY对压力感受性和化学感受性激活神经元放电的影响

摘要 本实验观察了孤束核(NTS)内微电泳神经肽Y(NPY)对压力感受性刺激和化学感受性刺激反应神经元放电的影响。在62个单位放电中,其中对微电泳NPY表现兴奋反应34个单位,19个单位表现抑制反应,无反应单位9个。微电泳NPY对压力感受性刺激呈兴奋反应的单位主要表现兴奋作用(16/21),对抑制反应单位主要表现抑制作用(7/11),对化学感受性刺激的兴奋单位(8/14)和抑制单位(5/9)均主要以兴奋为主。 This experiment is designed to study the effects of NPY microio nophoresis on the units in NTS responsive to baro and chemoreceptor activiation at cellular level. In the experiment, it examined 62 units with spontaneous discharge in NTS. Among them, 34 were excited and 19 were inhibited by NPY microionophoresis. And other 9 units failed to respond to NPY microionophoresis. The units with the increase and decrease of discharge frequency to the activation of carotid baroreceptor showed excitation (16/21) and inhibition (7/11) respectively in response to NPY microionophoresis. The units with the increase (8/14) and decrease (5/9) of discharge frequency to the activation of carotid chemoreceptor mainly showed excitation.
