良性胆管狭窄病变组织中的成纤维细胞活性 被引量:3

摘要 目的:观察胆管良性狭窄组织中的成纤维细胞活性。方法:收取良性胆管狭窄病理组织标本8例,常规病理切片染色观察局部病理变化,用免疫组化方法测定标本的组织内增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)。结果:良性胆管狭窄标本中,胆管固有膜及瘢痕组织内均有较多的成纤维细胞并伴有炎细胞浸润,所有标本均显示了较强的PCNA阳性细胞表达。结论:成纤维细胞的持续增殖,是良性胆管狭窄的主要原因。 Objective To study the function of fibroblasts in benign bile duct stricture tissues. Methods Eight pathological specimens of benign bile duct stricture were collected and checked for proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA). Results Many fibroblasts were companied by infiltration of some inflammatory cells in the bile duct and scars are detected, with high expression of PCNA in all specimens. Conclusion Continuous proliferation of fibroblasts is the main cause of inducing benign bile duct strictures.
