摘要 在零地电位接地网的范围内建设同级电压的发电-用电系统,可保证在该接地网内工作人员的人身安全。零地电位接地网的优点是接地电阻值可不作具体规定或要求,它适合于海上孤岛驻军的独立自备发电-用电系统的联合接地网。基于零地电位接地网的新概念,不接地、消弧线圈接地和高电阻接地的高压变电站与低压电气设备共用接地网时,接地网的接地电阻可由规程所要求的R≤4Ω放宽到R≤10Ω。这就可节约大量钢材、减少大量地沟开挖工程量,从而达到大幅度降低接地工程费用的目的。 When power generation and power consumption system with same voltage class is built within the bound of ground grid with zero ground potential, operators' safety in the ground grid can be ensured. The advantage of ground grid with zero ground potential is that no specific requirement to ground resistance value, which is suitable for the unified ground grid of independent generation and consumption system used by garrisons in remote islands. Based on the new concept of ground grid with zero ground potential, when high voltage substation ungrounded, or grounded through arc suppression coil, or high resistance share ground grid with low voltage equipment, the ground grid resistance can be increased from R≤4Ω to R≤10Ω. This will greatly reduce steel consumption and earth work, resulting in significantly lower construction cost.
