Economic Analysis of sexual discrimination in employment

劳动力市场就业歧视是一个世界性的问题,无论是发达国家还是发展中国家都不同程度地存在这一问题。而性别歧视在我国劳动力市场中表现又尤为突出。因此揭示性别歧视的种种表现,分析性别歧视的根源,并用经济学模型分析性别歧视对就业的影响以便寻求合适的解决办法就显得十分必要。

The employment discrimination in labor market is a worldwide problem, both in developed and developing countries. As we all know, sexual discrimination, age discrimination and educational background discrimination are currently the three main existence of discrimination in the labor market of China. In this paper, we illustrate different conditions in sexual discrimination, reveal the roots for this discrimination, and analyze the influence on employment by economic model.
