摘要
采用常规压片法对产于黑龙江省的帽儿山和吉林省的长白山的毛百合进行核型研究,结果表明:帽儿山和长白山毛百合的染色体数目均为2n=24.长白山的核型为2B型,帽儿山的核型为3B型,核型公式为:长白山的为2n=2x=24=2 m+10 sm+12 T.核型不对称系数为82.08%,帽儿山的为2n=2x=24=2 m+10sm+(2 SAT)+6 st+6 T,核型不对称系数为78.54%,通过比较发现二者的核型差异甚大,结构变异明显,主要表现在染色体相对长度、臂比、次缢痕数目及分布.
The karyotypes of Lilium dauricum in different localities to Changbai mountain of Jilin, Maoer mountain of Heilongjiang are studied. The results show that the karyotypes of L. dauricum in these localities are 2n = 2x = 24 = 2m + 10 sm + 12 T. As. k( dissymmetrial coefficient of kargotypes) of L. dauricum in Changbai mountain of Jilin is 82.08%, and Maoer mountain of Heilongjiang is 78.54%. The karyotypes of all the 2 populations are 3B and 2B. There are a few variations in the karyotye formulas, relative length, arm ratio, secondary constitution number and its distributions among the 2 populations.
